CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that utilizes contantly-varied, functional movements executed at a high intensity to achieve results. A trained coach leads the class through each day's work out and provides instruction and guidance on proper mechanics and form. CrossFit workouts and movements can be modified for any fitness or ability level and are intended for those serious about achieving results.
Boot Camp is a 60-minute cardio, strengthening, and toning class. The class is led by an experienced instructor and the programming is determined by the instructors to give you the best workout for your time! Exercises will include a combination of light weight training, running, and body weight movements. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Teens in grades 6th-12th will learn proper movement patterns, develop strength and endurance, and build confidence.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 4:30pm
Kids in KG-5th grade will have fun while building resilience to injury, improving self-discipline, and developing self-confidence. They will learn proper movement patterns, and build strength and endurance.
