CrossFit
Monday-Thursday 5am, 6am,12:15pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Friday 5am, 6am,12:15pm, 5:30pm
Saturday 8:30am
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that utilizes contantly-varied, functional movements executed at a high intensity to achieve results. A trained coach leads the class through each day's work out and provides instruction and guidance on proper mechanics and form. CrossFit workouts and movements can be modified for any fitness or ability level and are intended for those serious about achieving results.
Boot Camp
Monday through Thursday at 8:30am, 4:30pm, and 7:30pm
Friday at 8:30am and 4:30pm
Saturday at 10:00am
Boot Camp is a 60-minute cardio, strengthening, and toning class. The class is led by an experienced instructor and the programming is determined by the instructors to give you the best workout for your time! Exercises will include a combination of light weight training, running, and body weight movements. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
QuickFit
Monday-Friday 12:15-12:45 (PROMPT!)
QuickFit is a 30-minute cardio, strengthening, and toning class. The class is intended for those who want to get in a high intensity workout on their lunch break. It is led by an experienced instructor and the programming is designed to give you the best workout for your time! Exercises will include a combination of light weight training, running, and body weight movements. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Couch-to-CrossFit
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:30am-10:30am
Couch-to-CrossFit is a beginner's class. The class is designed for those who are new to fitness or just beginning their fitness/weight-loss journey. It may be for people who are "beyond their prime," but looking for something to keep them interested and engaged in their health and fitness. Participants interested in CrossFit or BootCamp, but feel like they need to "lose weight" or "get in shape" first. Exercises will be mostly body weight movements, with light kettlebells or dumbbells. Childcare is available for $10 per month per child.
Yoga
Our yoga instructor is currently on maternity leave, so our yoga is currently on hold! :) Stay tuned for updates! :)
